Launch a Simple (V3) token

Fair curve launch that graduates into locked Uniswap V3 liquidity.

At a glance

Simple path: ~$2.50 launch fee, bonding curve to ~$35k FDV, then locked Uniswap V3 LP. Best default for most meme launches.

Quick tip

Upload a sharp square image and at least one social before create — those fields are public forever.

Simple (V3) is the default Load path: buyers trade the bonding curve until the graduation cap fills, then liquidity locks into a Uniswap V3 WETH pool. There is no custom buy/sell tax after graduation — creators earn from curve fees and locked LP fee share.

  1. Open Create → Simple

Choose the Simple / Uniswap V3 launch mode. Read the in-app help if you need a glossary of each field.

  2. Set identity

Add token image (PNG, JPG, WebP, or GIF, max 4 MB — pinned to IPFS), name (up to 32 chars), ticker (up to 10), and optional description plus social links.

  3. Optional initial buy

Attach ETH at create to buy your own token in the same transaction. Cap is about 5% of supply. Creators are exempt from anti-snipe caps on this buy.

  4. Anti-snipe & review

Leave anti-snipe on for public launches (90s window, ~0.103 ETH max per non-creator buy). Review fee summary and total ETH required, then confirm in your wallet.

  5. Confirm in wallet

Approve when your wallet prompts. See “What happens during create” below for vanity addresses, timing, and why a second confirmation can appear.

What happens during create

When you hit create, Load walks through a short checklist. You stay on the progress screen until the token is live — no need to leave the page.

  1. Upload — your image and metadata are pinned (IPFS) so the board and explorers can show them.
  2. Prepare — Load reads the on-chain launch fee and builds the create transaction.
  3. Wallet — your wallet asks you to approve. This spends the launch fee (+ optional initial buy) and gas.
  4. On-chain — the network deploys your token and bonding curve. This step can take longer than a normal transfer.
  5. Index — Load picks up the new token so it shows on the board and token page.

What “vanity” means

Every Load launch token gets a special contract address that ends in 10AD (Load’s brand suffix). That is the vanity address — a recognizable ending, not a random last digits string.

Finding that ending happens on-chain when you create. The network tries many candidate addresses until one matches …10AD, then deploys your token there. That search uses more gas and time than a simple send, which is normal.

What to expect

  • Gas limit looks high compared to a swap — the vanity search needs headroom so the create does not run out of gas mid-way.
  • Confirmation can take longer than buying or selling a token. Keep the tab open.
  • Sometimes the first attempt does not land on a valid vanity tip and reverts. Load automatically retries with a small metadata tweak and may ask you to confirm in your wallet again. That is expected — approve the follow-up; the progress UI stays on on-chain confirmation.
  • Do not refresh or close the page until you see success (or a clear error you can close).

What happens after create

  • Token and curve appear on the board once indexed.
  • Anyone can trade the curve; you earn 0.60% of volume as creator fees.
  • At ~$35k FDV target (net ETH reserves), graduation can migrate liquidity to locked Uniswap V3.
  • Claim creator fees anytime from the token page; after graduation, claim LP fee share the same way.
