Getting started

Wallet & network

Connecting a wallet, Robinhood Chain, and what signing unlocks.

At a glance

Your wallet address is your account. Connect from the header, switch to Robinhood Chain, and keep enough ETH for gas plus trades or launch fees.

Quick tip

If swaps fail with chain or RPC errors, confirm your wallet is on Robinhood Chain before retrying.

Click Connect in the top header and approve in your wallet (MetaMask, Rabby, Coinbase Wallet, and similar). Load does not use email or password accounts — the address you connect is your profile, chat identity, and fee claim wallet.

Robinhood Chain

Load runs on Robinhood Chain. When your wallet prompts you to add or switch networks, accept Robinhood Chain before you buy, sell, create, or claim.

  • You need ETH on Robinhood Chain for gas and for buys / create fees.
  • If your ETH is still on Ethereum, open Bridge (header on desktop, More → Bridge on mobile). See Bridge ETH to Robinhood Chain.
  • If a transaction fails with a network error, open your wallet and confirm the active network is Robinhood Chain, then try again.
